Yoga and the Art of Stories with Dr. Kimberly Borin, RYT
In this two hour restorative class, we will begin with gentle yoga that is perfect for beginners as well as experienced yogis. We ill focus on the story that we would like to tell and breathe life into this personal narrative with simple story writing. This is also part of a larger field of narrative medicine. We will share some ways to tell your story, one that affirms who you are, and who you are becoming. Please join us for this beautiful and nourishing session that enhances body, mind, and voice. _Please be sure to bring a yoga mat. All other supplies will be provided. Class fee is $60.00

Yoga and the Art of Kintsugi
In this two hour restorative class, we will begin with gentle yoga, breath work, and rest. After our practice, we will work with watercolors and gold paint to learn about the Japanese art of Kintsugi and golden pottery repair. We will use this method and metaphor to explore our own places of mending and healing. Please join us for this nourishing and inspirational class as we stretch together and highlight our moments of healing. Please bring yoga mat. All other supplies will be provided. Class fee is $60.00

This class offers gentle restorative yoga combined with a mindful walk in nature. We will discuss Shin-Rin Yoku, the healing practice of forest bathing, and learn how time in nature enhances our creativity, our healing, and our brain. Wings and Wishes
This class offers gentle and restorative yoga combined with an exploration of creating angel wings. We will take time to pain our wings with watercolor and crayon resist. The yoga and wings help us to understand what we need as we move forward for learning, growth, and healing. Healing Water Therapy – Physical & Spiritual Healing
with Jennifer O Hagan & Kerry Adams
The technique of using water therapy to prevent and treat illness is an easily done at home technique. Medicinal properties of plants help heal tissue, disinfect, and heal. We will cover hydrotherapy, inhalations, steams, baths, washing, whole body, or hand and foot baths. We will finish the day with a water ritual, or spiritual bathing, used as part of healing practices. A spiritual bath is a method that can rid the body of spiritual disease, by clearing stagnant energy, reconnecting you to the boundless Universal Energy and help remove obstacles that may be blocking your

Family First Aid – Part II
Hands-on medicine making first aid remedies that were covered in Part I lecture. You do not have to attend Part 1 to take Part II. In class together we will prepare items for your family first aid kit. Demonstrations on other techniques used for first aid healing including poultices, compresses, steams, and wraps. Will cover head to toe helpful remedies. Some materials will be included with class but an additional material list for you to bring will be posted on Well-Sweeps website. Class fee $85. We will cover skills to help determine excess and deficiency states using Five Element Pulse diagnostic techniques.
